CONTENT & VISUAL STORYTELLING FOR PET RELOCATION
AMW supported an international pet relocation business with educational content, social media copy, and visual
storytelling. The work connected the practical questions of moving a pet abroad with the personal stories of
families preparing to reunite.
THE PROJECT CONTEXT
Pet relocation is a service people approach with both questions and emotions. They want to understand the
journey, the preparation involved, and what happens along the way. At the same time, they are thinking about a
member of their family. The content needed to explain the service in an approachable way while reflecting that
emotional connection.
TURNING QUESTIONS INTO CONTENT
We developed educational posts, carousels, and checklist content around travel preparation and common pet
owner questions. Topics included what is reviewed before a flight, the differences between cabin and hold travel,
and the stages of the relocation process. Each format gave a specific topic room to be explained through short,
accessible pieces of information.
TELLING THE STORIES BEHIND THE JOURNEYS
Individual pet journeys and reunions provided another strand of the content. These stories brought the service
closer to everyday family experiences, with copy focused on the pet, the route, and the reunion. Alongside the
educational material, they gave the communication a personal voice and a way to talk about the purpose behind
the practical work.
BUILDING PERSONALITY ACROSS FORMATS
Custom illustrations, character-led visuals, and short-form video concepts added personality to the
communication. Our contribution included content planning, social media copy, educational carousels, visual
concepts, and scripts. Together, these formats offered different ways to explain the service and tell its stories.
